n00b feat question

hey, a friend of mine is planning on rolling up a new monk - but is uncertain of some of the feats - I've never played a monk before so I cant help him out.

Does the "IC:bludgeoning", "weapon focus: bludgeoning" etc feats work with a monk using fists/handwraps?
