Just joined the game yesterday and bought a 3 month subscription, got VIP, now today I log in and am set as Premium? I submitted a ticket here, but haven't heard back....what gives? Anyone else get something like this? THanks.

Bought subscription yesterday - was vip, today premium - why?

Well, yesterday I was Premium (spent $50 in game) and today I am Free, losing my Premium perks such as 4 slots, etc.
I'm a bit miffed and confused myself... Hopefully this is a temporary glitch and we'll be set right soon.

I'm guessing it's some sort of technical glitch, as all of these threads are popping up within a very short amount of time, and all of them involve a downgrade of some sort (VIP -> Premium, or Premium -> Free).
