Missing 500 TP from beta and using the store in beta

How come I havnet gotten these free 500 points yet? The only points Ive reseved are from favor. I still have the e-mail that says I should get 250 for being part of the beta and 250 for using the store in beta

From what I understand, this has been a reoccuring problem. I'm in sort of the same boat you are. I've filled out the Turbine Account Support form, but not heard anything back yet.

Part of the problem is that I had an old account, from Launch, and I accidentally regged he Beta account seperately. So there's some points sitting in my Beta account. I've asked them to be trasnferred over, but no luck yet.

Hopefully this will all be resolved soon.
