    how do you like the on-hold music? :-/

    I'm right there with you. 50 minutes for me (2nd call today, since first didn't fix the issue). My first call I only had to wait 30 minutes for an answer.

    I guess it would be safe to say that Turbine has had a huge response to their launch? Perhaps a little bit over-whelming?

    Yes for the love of god.. pls change the on-hold music. If we must wait 1hr and 14 mins to get through, you guys could at least show a little mercy!
