Purchased Copper Sigil from store, not in pack

Having purchased said item I was informed it would be in my pack. Upon inspection, it is not.

Is it meant to go into my pack or does it instead just apply it to the character so it just keeps going from 4-8 without having to actually do anything?

Yeah the confirmation message is probably a generic one they send to anyone buying anything. Wouldnt be surprised if they gave you the same line when you buy an adventure pack.

It's required to unlock level 5 (later ones unlock 9, 13 and 17).
