Quests being reset

For some reason, half of my quests have been reset, indicating i've never completed them, and therefore have not gotten favor points for them. I also have actually "leveled up" my favor points for certain houses, only to find that the representatives that would normally give me some kind of reward.... don't.

All the solo-only quests now show that I've never completed them, and also, every single explorer/rare encounter/slayer quest has been COMPLETELY reset, they all are at 0. While this may be good cuz i'll get exp again, it's still a bug. And it's still a problem. And the favor points issue is actually making my total favor drop dramatically, and I'm not sure it's fair that I have to repeat all the quests once more.

Any ideas? Have others had this problem?

This happened to me too. Relogging fixed it.
