Unable to log on.

When ever I try to log on I get an error saying that I need an active acount.

I can only assume it is occurring because I have an apostrophe in my name since I have the same issue with my.lotro.com

By any chance did you ever have your Forum user name changed? I noticed that I had to log in using my Forum user name instead of my account name.

I am also unable to sign on to my.ddo.com also, I've never been able to login to my.lotro.com either, my forum names on ddo and lotro are the same "San'tar" and i have a lifetime account with lotro.

EDIT: my seconday subscription "Ruzoki" can login to my.ddo.com and they are on the same account (kicker, I just made Ruzoki's forum account), so it should be the apostrophe that is indeed the problem.

We're looking into this issue now. It does appear that some or all web usernames with apostrophes cannot log in at this time.

We have a number of potential fixes in the works but with any large software project it will take some time to verify in QA that the fixes actually work and then deploy it to live. This is one of the issues that we have potentially fixed in development but have not yet been fully verified nor deployed.

There are some features of MyDDO I'd love to use but am currently unable to because of this.
