Every time I try to buy TP, I'm told that I'm outside the valid billing region. I live in Hawaii. Anyone else experience this? What can I do to fix it? Thanks.

Also have the same problem, and live in Hawaii. All players I know from Hawaii have the same issue. Apparently Turbine doesn't want any money from Hawaii?

Was there ever a response to this? I am having exactly the same problem...! From Australia, using an English card... which, incidentally, was accepted to purchase my VIP account... so they can't hate it that much.
I'm a bit hacked off... I've got into the game to find that my VIP points aren't there and I can't buy any more... nor can I use the voucher I got in Beta... so I'm totally stuffed as I want a Drow Sorcerer...!
