I created my account on July 24th and subscribed as soon as the digital download was put back up on Turbine Store after it was removed in anticipation of the upgrade that got delayed. I realize there is an issue with the 999 points for subscribers prior to July 31st, but I also should have gotten 400 points for VIPs that have played for less than a year.

Otherwise, since there is no point allowance for August, I've been paying for a month and am starting out with -0- points. I'd very much like to try out the store.

Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to open in-game tickets anymore. The only options are for Harrassment or Spam. Likewise, I can no longer find Track Tickets. Am I missing something?

I started paying August 08th and I have zero points also
i have no idea if im supposed to have points or not for the time that I have paid. from what you said it sounds like i dont get anything.

i also tried to get answers about this but so far havnt had any luck.
and it looks like you are getting no replies to your post.
nothing has been mentioned if there is a delay in rewarding regular VIP points, only the delay for the 999 points has been talked about.
so i guess ill just keep waiting to see if I get any points or not.

my credit card will be charged again on September 08th and I better get points rewarded to me then lol.

I've tried searching for known issues other than the missing 999 pre-July31st points, but haven't been able to find other confirmations. And it seems that other players HAVE received the points that I'm missing.

Please let us know if the other instances of missing points are also known.

my tin foil hat theory is that turbine is purposely holding back the points hoping that our will power breaks and temptation gives in and we buy points with our credit cards.....i know im very tempted.....but i must resist because i know i will get points soon....

I'm in the same boat with you, here. Messages stating I've been awarded Favor-based points... nothing available in the storefront.

I'll likely be picking up a package of points to unlock WF and access a few of the Adventure Packs, but I'm trying to wait it out until I see that their reward system is actually up and running, first.

I also have the same problem 0 TP when I first logged in on 1st Sept 2009. Beta tested and have been playing this on and off from 2006 so I should have a nice amount of TP to spend.

So far I have only received the 999 points none for favour, VIP access or loyalty.

Submitting a ticket in game is still bugged for VIP's and they are supposedly looking into fixing that particular problem.

So far this is the only thread I have seen with people having the same problems as us. I just hope we don't get forgetten with them trying to get everything setup before the 9th Sept.

I'm having the same issue. Long time player, who also got in-game mail regarding Turbine Point rewards for in game favor. I currently have ZERO points. I have sent in game help tickets with no response. Any help at all please?

Same problem for me and few friends: we played the free trial for 2 weeks, then waited for the release of EU.

We are all at 0 Turbine Points (and we all have ingame mails saying we earned TP).
