Upgrade Question

I have looked around, but i have not got a solid answer on this. I have a trial account now that i am able to log in and play on. If i decide can i upgrade to a VIP account now, or do i have to wait for the ninth?

I want to upgrade, but i just want to make sure i will have access to everything as soon as i click pay.

The DEVs have said that it takes anywhere from 1 hr to 1 day to completely upgrade your account, but should not take more than that.
