so how do i download the skins i went through and clicked download on the thing were do i go from there

After searching for the DDO skins - there is a row of icons to the left of each skin name.

Click on the icon on the right to download.
Hit the FAQ for install directions.

I'd be more specific if I knew more, but I've never put in a custom skin. I tried making my own, but it's a major PITA...
