Larger Collectibles & Gem bags?

I think I heard someone mention at some point something about getting larger bags for gems and collectibles. Is there a quest or something you have to do to get these? Right now I'm overstocked with collectibles and gems, I've been trading in collectibles but often Ill have 1 or 2 of something left over and new types of collectibles will overflow into my inventory which gets really annoying >.<

medium size bags are sold by general vendors inside house p and j, they are exclusive, meaning you can only have one on each character, but they are not bound so you can move them back and forth. They are not cheap around 8000pp or 80000gp. Large bags can be found in higher level quests and the AH. Starting with EU you will be able to buy bags of various sizes from the shops.

Thanks for the replies guys. 8000pp is a bit much for me right now lol, but can someone explain what Arko was saying about the '195 TP' or '295 TP'? That's the only thing I don't get. Still trying to memorize all the acronyms.

He means on aug 4th you can insert credit card and poof huge bag
