    Default Can't change credit card

I got rid of the card that is being billed for DDO do to fradulent charge on it. (Not from DDO lol) I need to put in the info for a different credit card. It keeps erroring and saying it can't do it. All the links it provides for support on the issue don't work or are for LOTRs AC etc. How do I update my CC info successfully?

"The transaction cannot be processed at this time. If you believe this is an error, Please click here to contact Turbine Customer service. [err: 140000]"

And no clicking here does not help

Do you have a phone # for me I am having trouble locating one. And I think you are right there whole customer service site is toast. Issue is I didn't cancel but next time they try to bill that card ...

Edit found this will try when it opens

I can confirm that error is related to the verification checks our billing system performs. It has nothing to do with the free to play announcement from yesterday.

Uska d'Orien, I'm not sure where you heard that, but I can also confirm that yesterday's announcement will have no changes on players' ability to resubscribe. So if anyone is experiencing issues resubscribing, then please contact the Account Management department. Links and info are availble in my signature.

We've also changed our support site. It can now be found at www.ddo.com/support . This link is also available in my signature.

Default Same Thing - My Solution

My wife threw out our cards by accident so we cancelled them. I forgot about the subscription until one night I logged in and got a nasty note "account inactive due to non-payment". Perhaps let the subscription run out and just reactivate as I did - that's when I input the new card number.

Not sure if that will fix your problem, but worth a try. Hope it helps.
