if you are dual wielding weapons, the sneak attack bonus for treason or any sneak attack weapon for that matter adds to just the weapon with sneak attack or does it add to both? so in other words if you are dual wielding treasons you are only getting one bonus. correct?

I am 99% sure that when weilding a weapon with sneak attack bonuses, such as Treason, the bonus will apply to both weapons equiped. If you are weilding 2 treasons, the bonus does not stack, so you only get one bonus, but you would still get it in both hands.

So wearing Tharne's Goggles and weilding Treason, you only get the +5 sneak attack bonus from the goggles, right? The two items don't stack, do they?

Also correct. Wielding one treason off hand gives both weapons the bonus to sneak attack. One a better bonus is available like tharnes goggs is superceeds the treason bonus obsoleting it. Cool blue weapons, but only the 20% less hate is useful after tharns and hard to justify keeping equipt for that with better dps options.

With only 1 treason in 1 hand, does the Treason property (80% less hate) apply to both weapons or just the damage given from one hand?

It is decptivly worded as 80% of hate generated. Which means if you equipt a treason your attacks with both weapons is reduced by 20% not the implied 80%. Wording is tricky.
