does Jorgundal's Collar stack with windstance?

I'm pretty sure it stacks with windstance, but it's a moot point because it will not stack with haste.

That makes the collar junk.

Jorgundal's provides a 10% Enhancement increase (which is why it doesn't stack with Haste). Both Wind and Greater wind stance provide that in addition to an insight bonus, so no stacking for those two. Lesser Wind stance however only provides a 7.5% Enhacement bonus so it will provide a slight boost if that's all you have.

Lesser Wind Stance:
+2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, 7.5% Enhancement bonus & 2.5% Insight bonus to Attack Speed

Wind Stance:
+2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, 10% Enhancement bonus & 5% Insight bonus to Attack Speed

Greater Wind Stance:
+3 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, 12.5% Enhancement bonus & 7.5% Insight bonus to Attack Speed
