Character Transfer

So I want to transfer to characters from my expired trial subscription to my paid for subscription. Wanting help cause not sure how to do it cause can't log onto trial subsciption. SO please help.

Cant transfer from account to account you should have been able to upgrade your trial to a live account but I am guessing you just made a new account, sorry about that but it looks to me like your out of luck unless customer service and transfer you account to the trial one but then you would loose any characters you have on your new live account.

well no. i didnt make a new account. i kept it on the same account. its just a different subscription. or does that make it a new account? cause i type in the same username and pass to get in but just click a different subscription when it ask for a subscription. and the previous subsciption i used to use to paly (that contains my two other characters i want moved on it) was a free trial. The free trial vanished when the timer on it went off so now its not an option as a subscription anymore. But i tried to type in the name of one of my character's on it (the first name) and it said it was available when i tried to make a new character on my new subscription.

differnt sub is new account so I am afraid you might be out of luck if you want characters from both subs on one account, I know other games offer transfers from one account to another but sadly not here and I think its to stop people form using leveling services.

well that sucks. of well. guess ill have to start over from the beginning. kinda takes away the edge of my desire to play but oh well. thanks for the help.

Is there a way to get my characters from the old account deleted. that way i can use their names again? or no?

You might be able to get somewhere by calling the support numbers listed in that post.

It looks like you'd fall under the "upgraded wrong account" category.

you could cancel your new subscription and then upgrade your original trial subscription to a full subscription.

But you'll likely lose at least a month's worth of subscription fees with this plan - more, depending on which plan you picked.
