    do these handwraps that say "stunning blow" in the item description work with stunning fist?

    No, and that's as intended. However, I don't think they're working on Stunning Blow either, and if so, that's a bug.

    I think it was made so that they WOULD work with stunning fist in an attempt to make them more useful. I think there is a Dev post of it somewhere...
