Same problem on Thelanis. Game froze when going into Irestone Inlet. Alt-F4 and I can't get back into game.

Live chat technical support is not operational so I've sent an email in.

I have now finished browsing the knowledge base and found no answers, I'm glad its not my computer being retareded atleast. Was worried about having to redownload DDO. Hope we can all get back on soon.

This is bull. Froze during a load screen changing instances (didn't even have a hireling with me, just solo) I was ****ed off thinking i'd get the stupid cleaning up old connection again but noooooooo I get this stupid general error.

All of this some 10 minutes after I loaded in, I got to the bloodstone chest once, left the instance to reset and that's as much as i get to play for the day apparently.... The last time I tried to play, guess what, cleaning up old connection, how anyone can be in the mood to play after such stupidity is a mystery to me.

Turbine, I must congratulate you on having the greatest computer game on your hands and still have the fabulous ability to screw it up more than any other company I know...

I am this || close to canceling my account once and for all.

My friends that play WoW (I don't touch it) have the same problems all the time. AND when their game updates, it doesn't take 6 hrs. or so like with Turbine, they sit out a day or more sometimes, waiting for the devs to implement a new Mod or what have you.
