Problem launching client

Hello. I am having an issue launching the Dungeons & Dragons game client. Everytime I click on it, the loading screen (with the dragon breathing fire and companies below) comes up and says it's 'launching main form' which it fails to do. Instead, it grows dim and becomes irrespondible. Then the only way to close it is by selecting 'Quit' on the bottom right corner of my screen...

Please note that: I have Windows Vista, and I made a post earlier which, thru help, I was told to make a new Vista account to see if it was a security problem. It wasn't, because I still can't launch it.

The following message is what I get after trying to 'Quit' the program.

An error has occured.
Please contact Technical Support with the following information:

I posted in your other thread, that it has something to do with your installation of .net

Make sure you follow it step-by-step.


Also, if you could post a DXdiag on this thread, if you are not sure how, there is a stiky at the top of the tech forum explaining how to do it.

The DXdiag will nice to have if the above does not help, there is something else that maybe causing your isue, and a dxdaig will help me see if thats the case or not.
