toolbar shuffle

I logged on to one of my char's today to find out the toolbars were scattered randomly all over the screen. I was on it not an hour prior and everything was fine. All other char's were unaffected. There was no pattern to it, I didn't move them around, and the bars were locked down.

Has this been reported before as a known bug, or am I dealing with something more nefarious here?

I have since changed my password - just in case. tks
