In Game Help down?

We are trying to submit a ticket in game and it's not letting us.

Edit: we left the quest. but it still wouldn't let us submit any tickets

We had a similiar issue, while running "prey on the hunter"

I went to the techicle live help link and I talked to someone, and they told us to contact a gm in game. We tried to tell them that we could not, and they told me to restart the game. I then said but the whole party has the same issue, and again they said to contact a gm in game, lol.

Needless to say that did not help, luckly we had someone who was not in our party contact a GM and they helped us fiinish the quest.
