    Angry DM closed my ticket with no repsonse!!!

    So, I finally get a ticket to go through tonight. I checked twice on the ticket tracker, shows still open. Go back a few minutes later and my ticket is closed with no response!! I don't even get a we cannot help with your problem!! This is horrible, I have to say this is the first time I am so angry that I am tempted to go to another game!! That they care so little for us that they cannot even respond to our tickets!!! Come on turbine, something has to give!!!!

    We were in the Prey on the Hunter quest and the 2nd dragon disappeared and we couldn't finish the quest. We finally gave up after waiting well over an hour.

    ahh ok nothing i can comment on that then just i've had no respone a couple of times

    I think there is a diff between day time US and night time US as to who may be the GMs...

    I have found the late night/early morn group to be unable to fix, adjust, answer, or care about much. When I have an issue after 5 pm, EST (GMT-5?) or before 9pm EST, I just give up and start a different quest.

    I waitied hours once...and never again.

    It would take alot of money to pay for 24 hour good techs....not gonna happen.

    The quest takes like 5 to 10 minutes to run, why wait an hour? Even 15 minutes?

    90% of the times they tell you to restart the quest thats why old players dont even bother ,requesting a gm .

    How did you file your ticket?

    I always file something like you explain as Stuck. I've never waited more then a few minutes with an occanasional responce coming in 10-30 seconds.

    If you encounter a problem like where mobs despawn and you're not able to advance a quest try having every member of your party file a polite Stuck ticket with specific informantion. I believe you can /loc and copy & paste this into the ticket as well.

    I doubt the GM closed a ticket for no reason. Were did you use any profanity or was anything you said capable of being deemed rude?

    I quit posting tickets unless I am stuck. They used to close my tickets on a pretty regular basis without a response. They just closed them as "resolved" without even talking to me. So, I quit sending in tickets. Why wait two hours to get no response for help in a quest that only takes half an hour to complete.
