Premium Services Issue

I just re-activated my account on August 25th and later that day I submitted requests to change names for three of my characters on Ghallanda server. It's now Friday the 29th and I have had no response at all from the premium services people. I even went as far as submitting my request again today. I also previously sent messages to find out when they are going to get to something that is supposed to be done typically within 24 hours.

I am trying to give Turbine more money and they won't take it. The total lack of any response coupled with the long delay is irritating.
