Actually there is one item in the game that was named after my caster. Does that count? Shes been around since mod2 and the item was released with the titan. "Helmet of Freewill"

Actually I have done this with my cleric. First cleric, didnt know it was not supposed to work on red names. Apparently it was a bug but I was able to use the destuction spell on the fire elemental at the end of rainbow in the dark
