Default Lawful Good or Lawful Neutral?

Since these will be the only 2 options for monks, which one has the most advantages? Or are they pretty much a wash? Most of my characters are True Neutral, with my Pally being the only exception of course. These are the only things I can think of:

    Lawful Good
    ------------
Can use pure good weapons without UMD
Able to use Rez ring (not such a big deal anymore with Shroud items)

    Lawful Neutral
    -------------
No unholy damage from weapons that some mobs use
No negative level from taint of evil items

    Am I overlooking anything? Thanks.

    Default Nope

That's about it. Pure Good weapons are the only thing you sacrifice by going LN. I find that the damage you DON'T take from all that evil damage spells/weapons makes it worth it to be N instead of good. Just my opinion though.
...the eyes of a ghastly white vampire stare back at you...his fangs gleam in the light from your torches and lanterns...In your heart, you know that most who have seen this face never lived to see another

I would expect unholy/pure evil weapons to be more and more popular with mobs, but the only ones in game right now (iirc) are in the desert.

Not true, there's a lot in Mod 5 quests. Particularly in the Black Mausoleum.
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

That slipped my mind considering I have done 2 mod 5 quests since mod 6 came out

Ah ok, I've levelled a new toon and ran Inferno quite a few times for XP. With a competent group and knowledge of the quest, it's faster than POP, has more XP and more loot.

A lot of Unholy arrows all over the place. Several quests in GH, most of the gnolls in the desert.

If you're not splashing Paladin, LN is the way to go.

    Default Stability

I got an Outfit of Stability offered, monk only, but it only works for True Neutral... what's up with that? *grin*

    My own stance on this:

For a dex-based monk who can reach a pretty high AC, lawful good for chaosgarde. (High AC = unholy arrows don't hit)

For a strength-based significantly lower AC monk, neutral all the way.
Devs: Thanks for making Druids available to VIPs without the pack. This more than anything, has made me want to buy the pack.

Chaosgarde bracers are required trait: lawful, so they will work with either lawful good or lawful neutral.
