Retry 60:00min timer

I'm stuck in this....I heard you had to reinstall it and I already did and still get it. Any help?

I click the launcher and it starts a timer for 60 min and keeps looping...I dunno what the deal is. Oh and it wont let me access the
ports so I can try to put them in manually.

Do you have a friewall? First make sure it is not off but instead - make sure you have exceptions added for the game. (if they are there - remove and re-add them)
