Locking out in some dungeons

I have a strange technical issue. I am fine logging in, and can even get around the world, and I can go through some of the low level dungeons. However, there are some dungeons that I get totally locked up in, and usually it is in the same place. I am running Vista, just loaded up the SP1 updated all the drivers, and reinstalled the .NET framework and I still have problems.

Locked up how?

Can you also try resetting your graphics options via the launcher (click on the single arrow button>options>repair>reset)

I tried resetting the graphics and it didn't work.

When it locks up, everything just freezes. I can't move or do anything except move the cursor. I still get audio, but I just can't do anything.

But it only happens in certain dungeons. For example, on the first set of three quests outside of the wavecrest inn, I can do the quest to retrieve the scrolls with no problem. But when I do the quest to retrieve the item (sorry I can't remember what it was) from the warforged I always freeze after I open the door and walk through the first tube to go to the stairs. I will kill the spider in the tube and then freeze up every time in that tube( I must have tried it 5 times.)

On another quest, sorry I don't know its name, but the first bit of dialogue is "Be careful down there" I always freeze up as soon as I climb the first ramp with the cascading water. Again, must be 5 times I tried it.

Thanks for the patch, I will see if it will work.

Tried again tonight. Now I can go through the entire dungeon where you retrieve the artifact in the case (it is the quest that is next to the cultist shrine) without any problems. Yet, I can't go more than 10 seconds in the quest where you have to retrieve the 10 gems. I am also getting a version 0 popping up on my login screen.

I even tried turning down the engine from the options menu to "lowest" to see if that works, and it doesn't help.
