    Where have you been the last three weeks?!? Until the runes and the portals go away completely, this will be a "normal" occurrence.

    I also noticed on Friday that there is a new invisible barrier around where the Market Tent used to be. Something is definitely up.

    Seems to only be on Marketplace 1 (at times). My group would switch to 3 for buffs.

    Yeah. I think this is a bug - similar to the one that causes the Devil Assault quest not to be available in certain Market instances.
