Why does it take so long for a online GM to help out.
Our party was stuck for 40mins before a GM helped out, well helped out is a lie, as we had to restart the quest to stop up from being bored.
40mins what a waste of our time.
What is the average time they should respond?

That depends entirely on the volume. We try our best to get to calls as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, that is not always quick enough for the player.
