Default Request for Comment - WF Build Feedback

This build is for use in my guild group which is all Forged. It's a 28 pt build with no tomes or notable equipment reqs. I wanted to it to be an all around tank with free arcane wand usage and pali abilites/saves. Any feedback would be warmly welcomed. Thanks in advance.

It'll work but (and this is just personal preferance) when I make a WF Pally or Cleric I don't usually bother with arcane levels, I just wand or spell heal myself at a slight penalty from divine wands. Usually you are not wand whipping yourself during a fight (I would use repair pots for that) and if your just wand whipping yourself up between fights you don't have to take a level of an arcane class just to heal yourself up (and others providing no one took Improved fortification) for a little bit more time and money.

I agree with previous poster (and include Ranger and Bard as well as Pal or Clr of course). 2 levels of Healer's Friend and a level in any class with CSW on the spell list is plenty fine. I burn through CSW wands on my Ftr12/Rgr2 like there's no tomorrow, but it is only a bit more expensive than RSD wands would be (I suppose since I get 70% as much healing, it costs {1/0.7 = 1.48} about 50% more than repair wands, but it is still a small part of my budget over all).
