Hey, tons of people sick of the black dragon eating you over and over?

Beholder:
Answers in order they are asked.

Silver Flame
He's a scourge
deal with his hate internally
I would have done anything
Destroy it once and for all
They are abominations
Stay faithful to the lady
Stick with the binding contract
Follow Orders
Betrayed his faith
Crusader
Honor and compassion
gold/silver
join and fight the abbot.

other guildies have the other actual lists, please post your own findings. Hate leet mongers trying to hoard **** like this.

just a general rule before lists are posted;
Vampire = Lawful evil (dominator)
Flesh Maker = Chaotic good (some of the answers make no sense, but hes the rebel)
Cinnis (undead elemental) - Chaotic evil (destroyer)

answer as if your the boss your trying to get too.

Missing an answer there somewhere and the last one in the list is wrong but what you have works...

Thanks. While I am not one to use lists like these(at least at 1st) I appreciate your attitude. It's a game and I hate it when some peole act like it's more than that and refuse to share info. It's not like it's insider tips on the stock market.

Hate monger leetists are not the only ones disapproving of spoilers. Roleplayers don't like them either. This game has a definate devision between the metagamers and the roleplayers. Oh well. So long as the *spoiler* tag is there you've been warned.

Wow, that sucks.

For me half the fun in doing this quest was figuring it out... and that really didn't take any leetness.

Come on now, my guild did this and we worked our way through all four debating over all the questions. We got wiped a couple times trying to see how it goes but it's really not THAT hard.

In doing this I actually learned what color dragons were what alignments. It gave me a deeper understanding

I guess now everyone can come look up the answers so next week they can get onto moaning about not having any content.

ahh Helmut...

This ain't about certain guilds holding back... personally, I didn't even know the riddles and most of us are just too busy to pass info around right now...

personally, I'd have helped the people who had asked if I could've, but everytime someone sent me a tell... I was running for my life trying not to get killed...

an interesting point, some of the answers above may be incorrect in the 'fight beholder' line of questions. Im not sure what the curve is, but you are allowed to get some wrong.
more testing (ie: dying) will be needed to figure out exactly how many your allowed to get wrong.

Some people say its a drivers test, and your allowed X wrong, but i still think its a point system, where you needed to exceed a certian threshold of points.

furthermore some questions may be weighted to be worth more points/less points.

the flesh maker is very clearly the hardest one to do. and the beholder is the easist, will get lists off other guildies, and post more later today.

edit: one more thing that i dont get is the dragon question, shouldnt CG = brass and copper? Maybe i just dont get the question...

i very much dislike the 'we've been thru it, so should you' type of thinking.
not to say you see things that way. Im sure lots of people just need an extra push in the right direction and hopefully this will help them.

Our guild still doesnt completely understand the flesh maker, i would appreciate any help we could get in that field tho

the puzzle works as follows for all alignments all mobs

1-5 is good vs evil
6-10 are chaotic vs lawful
11-15 are both combos for the mob good/evil chaotic/lawful

mentau = cg
vol= le
beholder = lg
cinnis = ce

you can miss one question on each part. to figure out 11-15 look in phb for according alignments!

that should help you answer all the questions.

I'll be happy to run Fleshmaker with you... not an expert by far but my clerics could definitely used the flagging and I find this quest fun.

the entire ? and answer was posted this morning on the ddo strategy forum for those that dont have a players handbook...? are actually very easy its all alignment based

well heck i figured it stated spoiler so why not. you still have to do some thinking to solve it. But as we are done with abbot and its no longer a race i see no reason to hold the info really. pre raid is the easy part anyway. if they havent figured it out by now then im glad to help them.
