Dexterity Bonus Bugged! This could happen to u

I have a 14th lvl rogue named Sardak I play on Thelanis. Recently I decided to change to robes and bracers instead of armor and chaosgarde. When I did so I noticed that my AC was not what it should have been!?!? So I removed ALL of my armor and equipment and proceeded to check my AC. This is what I found:
AC= 10(base)+1(size~halfling)+3(Dex Bonus)=14. When my natural Dex is 26 and my bonus is +8 my AC naked should have been =19.
I checked the bonus with various equipment and the +3 didn't change no matter what I was wearing. I closed and re-opened my screens, logged and relogged, am not cursed or under ANY spell effects whatsoever, and finally contacted a GM. After almost 2 hours of working on it I was told to report the bug to Tech support since she could not fix it. I have reported the bug 5(FIVE) times over the last 3 weeks and have received NO RESPONSE OR HELP AT ALL!
I urge all players to check all their stats and make sure they are getting the appropriate bonuses, if this could happen to my character and my Dex this could happen to ANYONE and ANY ABILITY SCORE! If anyone has anything at all to say about this problem I will be glad to read your reply.

Someone sounds like they are in medium or heavy encumberance...

This is a common problem I hear from you fleshies. You carry so much that it weighs you down in battle, causing your DEX bonus to cap at 3.

If weight is not the issue then I don't know what to say.

In that case, I recommend G-MAN visits his old thread here to see that many others had the same problem and found solace in the solution of bringing lighter things to adventure with.

I sent G-man a pm and politely showed him how my toon's weight efects AC with and without a a +5 str item. Problem solved
