Hmm... how do you become level 4 and acquire this kind of stuff? Back when Tavok was level 4 I was barely pushing +2 items.

Thanks for the link. I've posted it there. I'm sort of new at this sorry. By the way, this is obviously not my first character which would explain why a lvl 4 character has such things. But I'm sure this is obvious to you and I am explaining myself for no reason ...lol
