Newbie needs help finding server

I am a new player to this game looking for a server with a good community.
This means friendly, always willing to help someone LFG, and in the end likes not casual but hardcore gaming (without taking away from family activities/real life in general/and my overall health). Also meaning that I want to find friends or guildmates that are active, possibly logging in 1+ times a day.
My time zone is Pacific Standard Time (-8:00 GMT) if that will help the experienced players choose whats a good server for me.

Therefore you will not have to wait more than 5 minutes for a group to build for most quests. They are pretty friendly over here too. Recommend it.
