Since I front-loaded the fighter levels to get Kensei bonuses ASAP, early on bard is just for access to Expeditious Retreat, Skaldic Rage, Enchant Weapons, and Cure wands. [EDIT: use Rage potions until you pick up the spell at lvl 10.] The Enhancement order looks confusing, but the goal is to have both tier-5 Kensei abilities and Armorer (eliminates ASF w/medium armor) by lvl 15, since that's when you get Haste, the first important spell w/a somatic component (and thus subject to ASF).
