Racial Reincarnation without TR Cache unacceptable

So i just racial reincarnated a lvl 22 character and get stucked in korthos.
The racial reincarnation will not create a TR storage, all items will still be in the character inventory.
The racial reincarnation will reset the favor earned character storage.
The items will "overflow".
You must choose an item to skip or end The Grotto.
You can't pick an item, since you inventory is overflowing.
=> Stuck in the Korthos start quest until you throw away enough items to free an inventory slot.

Sorry, but this is BAD and a priority bug to fix.

I have posted a couple of times to the Release Notes thread that seems to have lots of Dev interaction. I'm hoping they will clarify how they intend to fix it "soon".

I think the confusion comes from it also being listed in the release notes, which at first made it sounds like it was intentional.

(edit) UPDATE:

This has been resolved, there IS a working TR cache, np. It was never really an issue except on Lammania. See post here for official response.

@ Devs/anyone:

Did this ever get fixed? An anonymous user edited the Wiki page (very bottom) that it had - but since U35 is not 6 hours old, I tend to doubt that s/he knows that "certainly" (in their words). Tho' it may well have been quietly fixed, and/or that poster may be a Dev for all I know.

Can anyone confirm/deny the current state of this issue?
