    Default Item With Green Border?

What does a green border around an item indicate?

Looks to me like it's just a regular magic item. All the rest displaying in your screen shot are named, which have the dark blue borders.

Teal - items with Masterful Craftsmanship
Blue - named items, and items with Wondrous Craftsmanship
    Orange - Named raid loot

I think if you highlight the armor it will have Masterful Craftsmanship on it.

That's different from the normal masterful craftsmanship color, I don't know if it's possible to change the default colors though.

exactly what I was thinking - I know we have been asking for something like this for masterful and wondrous craftsmanship.

I know what "teal" looks like... that's def not teal, that's green. New category??? (Or...?)

@ OP - what are the attributes of that item?

There's a lot going on in the game, and what is/not noticed could fill a book. Gear is gear (or was for me until now).

When I said "new" I meant "since that wiki article was last updated" - but I'll take care of that. Thx for input. o/

Well if you knew how many times I sent my son to school dressed with colors that don't go together you would understand why I took the boarder as teal

It also looks like my being wrong has also brought to light missing stuff from the WIKI, so this is a case of being wrong to make something right

Look forward to the article being updated.

My knowledge of "teal" doesn't come from a rakish fashion sense, but, yes, from working with old 16-color computer games and (later) HTML.

    Teal is just dark aqua.

    Default Teal?

I see the green, I've seen the blue, I've seen orange, I could have sworn I've seen purple. I don't see teal, but I do see cyan. Colors are an odd thing, aren't they...

Teal is just a dark cyan. "Dark" can be an odd thing too, I guess.

Purple has been discontinued back when they first started with the borders purple was the color that old seal/shard/scroll epic items had.
