I am both excited and disappointed here! I went in there on my bladeforged character and jumped in the water. I was pleasantly surprised to see my character drowning and eventually taking damage once my air supply ran out. HOWEVER!, I never did find the portal to ToEE, nor did I get there once I died. Do I need to bind there to make it work??
