Cards on the AH

The weird thing is you can list them on the AH but just cannot find them, couldnt even find the one i had listed.

They are trading cards. You are supposed to TRADE them, not AUCTION them!

Oh, come on let's not be doom and gloom over EVERY little thing, right? The cards are pretty fun as-is. Not being Auction-able isn't a dealbreaker.

Are they flagged No-Auction or just not appearing in the search? If its the later, we can gather, hold the cards, and then auction off to interested parties in a later patch.

Correct. They can technically be put onto the Auction House, but cannot be searched for or found in the left-hand menu. BUT - when this issue is fixed, you should indeed be able to post and purchase them from the auction houses. You won't be able to get new cards through the Magic d20 when the event is over, but presumably interested folks will have leftovers, and you will be able to continue to crunch them after the event.

At least, that's how we dealt with things that weren't categorized on the AH in Lotro.

Meh oh well at least its free stuff, just harder to off load and trade it is all.

You can still trade them person to person for plat, or whatever. Just think, since you can still use them after the event is over, they will become legitimate collectors items, like my set of Odd Rod cards.

Tried every word I could think of under All Items and couldn't get a hit for the one I trial posted.

...and yeah, finding Task items before they put in that category used to be a real pain on LOTRO side.
