    Question Who do I contact for a Refund or Replacement?

    Logged into each character today to give them their birthday present. I wasn't aware of the outfit bug till hours later after lunch. Lost several, only care about one. I put a Black Spiral Cosmetic Armor Kit on a Deathblock of Heavy Fortification Outfit. The oufit with armor kit was summarily deleted from my Rogue's character bank. So will our items be returned? If not who can we call/contact? I would like to be refunded the points for the Black Spiral cosmetic armor kit if there isn't going to be a fix that replaces the item that was lost with its armor kit intact. I understand that any fix may take time but you should know whether or not its possible to return the lost items at all, and if its possible to return them with any kits applied. If not please tell me who i should contact for refund.

    We're working on a resolution for this issue. Hold tight a couple days. If the upcoming fix doesn't properly restore the armor kit as well, our Account Support team will be happy to provide a refund for the cost of the armor kit if you contact them.

    Awesome response time, and awesome response.

    One question, however: does this mean that A) a fix will not be coming within the next day, B) it is safe to play our characters in the interim anyway, and our outfits will be returned to us intact?

    I will hold tight as per your instructions till after any fix is applied and please tell them to expect my call should it not work. =)

    Sooooo.... is anything going to be returned if it's lost, or do I need to play something else until you get this outfit shenanigans figured out so I don't lose my no-longer-ever-going-to-drop LGA outfits?

    what was the cause of this anyway? currently have 2 outfits in my reincarnation bank that dont have names (a haste clicky of deathblock, and a divine power clicky one) kinda worried they would delete if I removed them so they're still in there.

    FOS what about outfits that were on the auction house? I got a blank message that was supposed to return the outfit to me. How do I get this one back? It had a large guild augment slot.

    I had 5 outfits with large guild slot items along 4 bta ones for crafting go poof. I honestly dont know how many already crafted ones with the armor kits disappeared, can think of 3 off the top of my head.

    I really hope that the missing outfits will return 100% the way they were. I had a +4 primal outfit of omniscience I payed a lot of plat for, with festival glaciation 120 I was planning to replace my frozen tunic on my druid/monk specifically for the TOR dragon fights. No armor kit but the festival glaciation is what I'm worried about since if it's returned just vanilla, how would I be able to upgrade it again unless I wait for another Risia festival?

    You might want to give everyone who has ever bought an armor kit another one. Yeah it help those who bought multiples, but it is a start.

    Definitely needs something done fast, I'm concerned to log into all my toons, most have either outfits stored or being worn or both. I logged onto my sorc before reading about this (eager to play and all) and he's now got an empty armour slot and is wearing some white and yellow pyjamas that wouldn't look out of place whilst holding 2 of the new celestias. It looks AWFUL and as I have a lot of alts I also have a lot of outfits stored.

    Sort it asap please.

    Same issue. I spent tp on armor kits for outfits too. Bad taste in mouth for sure. Every update - they mess something terribly. EVERY freaking time!! That is just unacceptable.

    I would like a confirmation, if possible: does it only affect non-named outfits?

    I have a pally using a Icy Rainment with an Armor-Kit. It shows it on the logon page, but... should I log it in?

    Named outfits are just fine.

    It is only lootgen Outfits.

    Ya I have about 30-40 armor kits gone .....

    Dont care about that too much .... just want the outfits back.

    Gotta tell you monk splashed toons are awesome till you take outfits away !!

    So that was it, was wondering why I sold a perfectly good outfit.

    As it turns out I didn't sell it at all.

    Lost an outfit with invisibility on it 3 times per rest, ideal for running to some quest entrance through some wilderness.

    Btw, this isn't something you would build a test for on forehand.

    But seeing that this is a reoccurring problem the folks at Turbine mind want to start doing so, think about it.

    So yesterday I finally recieved the outfit that mattered the most to me in the in-game mail. It does have its armor kit still intact. So thank you Turbine for resolution to this issue.
