What is the most useless item in DDO?

I am not talking about Sword of Pain and Club of the Holy Flame. By "useless" I mean something high level and superficially impressive, but far too underpowered for its level. IOW, a high ML item that nobody at that level would actually want.

I was thinking Toothpick, which is a particularly bizarre example. An ML 12 Greater Giant Bane is not that bad, especially with Improved Crit Piercing. But it comes from level 17 quest and is BtC... oops.

The VoN necklaces are a great example.

Another is Terror from Mindsunder. It looks impressive, and is impressive when doing lower level favour/farming runs. Just at the level you get it, 18, it basically does nothing except be a decent Rusty killer.

Most of the ToD sets. While most of the melee sets look impressive, everybody only wants the Fenzied Berzerker, Shintao Monk, and Ravager sets.

Actually there is a use for that weapon. Dragons have DR/Magic. Since the weapon is only masterwork it won’t bypass the White dragon’s DR. But, it will act as a +4 rapier with +3d6 damage against giants.

You can really ignore the UMD bonus. It's just there to help you equip race restricted items.

The real value of the Stave is that it's the only True Seeing clickie in the game.

I’m not saying it’s a great weapon. I’m saying that it’s a really entertaining item for the senario in that quest. (Kill Giants, Don’t hurt the dragon.)
