It is pretty lame if people are checking myddo for peoples builds. I have already seen a few LFM's stating no anon. Now that could refer to in game anon or myddo, not sure. But what qualifies anyone to decide whether or not someone else's build is good enough? People really just need to relax and play the friggin game.

Pretty sure those are in-game Anon's. If you've thrown up an LFM and had an Anon person click to join, you'd see the Anonymous pop up; hence the request.

What qualifies someone to decide if someones build is up to snuff? The little party leader icon. Dont like it? Start your own group. If someone is going to decline me because my build isnt good enough, they are doing me a favor, because I dont want to run with them anywho.

The star may mean it's your group but by no means does it make you an expert on builds or the effectiveness of ones build. I have ran with some pretty lame party leaders.

I odnt disagree. But if I start a group, it is my choice to accept or decline someone. I dont have to accept anyone because they send a join request. I personally decline more peeps because they annoy me, even if their builds are solid. I dont want to group with people who annoy me, and if I annoy someone I dont expect them to group with me.

If someone is declining someone on my DDO stats, you prolly dont want to run with them anyway.

I agree 100%. I just find it lame that some people may in fact feel they are so superior they need to log on and check someones alt. I mean for cripes sake it's a game, not life and death.

you dont need to be superior in order to judge someone.. you just need to be in a position of power, which is of course what the star gives you.

Honestly, you get judged in society all the time by inferiors, and superiors.. its part of how we interact with each other. Try not to take it personally.

There's a huge difference between judging someone for a job, or your doctor or anything else that may impact your real life as opposed to being a little Napoleon in a stupid game. I can't think of a time I have ever denied someone in one of my groups. I have even created some of the most non optimal Shroud runs I have ever seen. You want to know why? Because it's a game and I try to have as much fun as possible and I hope the people in my group feel the same way. Yes there are times I run into a few people who have messed up a run, but oh well. I do not have a "do not group" list. I don't keep track of names I just play.

I don't have a do not group list per se, but I don't find it fun failing something because someone is a quasi commando and doesn't get with the program. I'd say 80% of my groups go off without a hitch. Then there's the guy who shows up late, lost, with his 8 con, going the wrong way, activating the wrong thing, and it's cat herding time. Sure let me run twice to get your stone or some other such nonsense because the five of us are just here to placate your needs . No thanks; not my idea of fun.

Even better are the play by play people. Okay guys I'm gonna hit my GH clicky now so my saves are +4 and then I'm going to use a blur wand. Wow I hit that guy for 35 damage, and 4 holy damage. Okay guys breathing now...and again.

Agreed. My DNG list is in my head. If you pi$$ me off enough to remember your name, I typically dont group with you anymore. Im not saying I only group with peeps who are teh uberz, but I typically dont group with peeps that pi$$ me off constantly whatever they are doing.

I dont worry about my builds per say but I do get annoyed when they do not update. My bard is level 18 darn it but for some reason that site wont give her her level. LOL for some reason I find myself checking just to see if the darn thing updates right and when it dont I get all grumbly.
