It's been over 7 months now for something that could of been fixed in 30 seconds (account reset for the password). I told them I didn't even care about reverting any changes to the characters I just wanted the account back.

I posted in the general discussion and Cordovan locked my thread. It sounds like the account might of been banned after it was stolen. I am really worried now but he said to raise an issue with CS. I already raise 5 tickets but never got a response. I don't know what to think at this stage.
Just an update. Cordovan did get in touch with me and has told me some things that happened. I have to do some things but there is a chance I think I might get the account back. I'm not sure though because I still have to contact CS first.
Okay so I heard nothing back after spending about 4 hours documenting everything that happened. I think my account is gone for good. It was stolen and SGG won't do a thing to help.
I remember your thread, and sympathise with your plight.
Noting your account may have been subsequently banned though, I can see how matters become complicated.
A principle that applies in secure environments is that the account owner is deemed responsible for any activity on their account.
If SSG apply the same principle here, then I think you have 2 choices: start again with a new account (take advantage of all the freestuff right now while you can (and thank Crom for that, at least!)), or don't and leave the game.
I'm sorry that is the choice you may face. It must be horrible, but from SSGs perspective, if activity has occurred on an account that is bannable, then it's reasonable for them to hold the account holder responsible. Without concrete proof of who stole your account, however regrettably, it's going to fall on you.
To be overly harsh (and I'm sorry to do this) in order to to paint a stark picture of reality for you here, from SSGs perspective, "someone stole my account" is akin to "the dog ate my homework".
I do hope things get sorted out for you positively, but it is definitely time to consider those other options. I wish you the very best.
Well, my son doesn't want to give up. We're a week shy of 9 months. After spending hundreds of dollars (probably over a thousand) on a game, you'd think you could at least log in.
It sort of feels like theft. They take our money and we can't even play.
I'm just ranting... I don't think anyone from SSG even reads these anymore.
Hello everyone, this is a new account. I wanted to share my story here cause i have a similar issue. I own an old turbine account for this game of which i have the u/n and p/w . when i tried recently to log in , i found out i could not. i asked help from ssg support group and they answered ,asking me to provide some information about that old account , but i could not remember that information. Is there any way i could use that account again?
