Still can’t access my account :(

I had my account compromised a couple weeks ago, they changed my password and email so I had no recourse to get it back. I submitted a support ticket within hours of it happening. A few days later I got a message that the account was locked for me so nothing further could be done and that the ticket was sent to another team specializing in this sort of issue. It’s now been over 2 weeks and no further word.

I did see Cordo’s recent message but it’s still frustrating that I’m missing out on HC league due to a ticketing system issue

I had a problem with my account last week and submitted a report via the help site not an ingame ticket. It took about a week to get back to me. It was nothing major though. Maybe your problem is more complex?

Yep, in fairness, it only took 4 days for them to get back to me initially, but that response was just that it was being passed on to another team and I havent heard back since.

If any SSG staff see this, maybe check and see that my ticket is not lost in the nether?

Well, at least I know hopefully that the ticket hasnt just gone awry, I resubmitted another ticket just in case and they just closed it noting my first active ticket.

1 month now. Sigh, if it were any other time, I would just take it as a random enforced break from DDO, but really, right at HC league HC league is best right at its start due to population reasons.
