I had my account compromised a couple weeks ago, they changed my password and email so I had no recourse to get it back. I submitted a support ticket within hours of it happening. A few days later I got a message that the account was locked for me so nothing further could be done and that the ticket was sent to another team specializing in this sort of issue. It’s now been over 2 weeks and no further word.
I did see Cordo’s recent message but it’s still frustrating that I’m missing out on HC league due to a ticketing system issue
