No direct way. But you could send a (forum PM, twitter message, or email) to Jerry, including the bug number from the subject of your confirmation email.

I imagine he would forward it appropriately. Unless everyone started PMing/tweeting/emailing him with bug-reporting-tool related things in which case he'd probably have to stop.

But man oh man, wouldn't that be a good problem to have? Too many bug-reporting-tool entries to handle?

    Same here.

Definitely the feeling espoused by my guildies and most everyone I run with.

If I got an e-mail that said something like, "Thanks for the bug report. The problem has been found and fixed, and the bug fix will be in the next release.", I'd be more inclined to report other bugs, since I would know that some action was being taken on them.
Having something resembling an actual, real bug tracking system? Yeah, kind of a no-brainer, and yet Turbine has always seemed highly resistant to this for some unfathomable reason known only to the Great Old Ones.

    Definitely agreed.

The main reason most people don't bother with bug reporting is the large number of bugs that have been around for years and not fixed.

If bugs were fixed in a timely manner (eg the next patch or update), then they would be worth reporting. But it's obvious that the devs don't care about bug fixing.

Or you can make videos of the lag fest on the newest raid so they can visually see it

I like videos. I'm a visual person. Granted, adding commentary helps a lot. I know developers don't have time to watch 100's of videos but it's easier to confirm a bug existed.

My solution, do a copy/paste to the forums
