Hello, i dont know, artificier or druid? what is best and why? thanks. !
Without knowing anything about what you want your character to do, this question is impossible to answer. Druids and artificers are very different classes, so which one is best is dependent upon what you actually want.
And i dont see a druid in the shop is it bug? (?)
Druids aren't available to buy in the shop until after update 15.
Yes very different types. Both have high versatility, but in much different ways. Artificer is decent to good ranged dps, with okay casting and heals, buffs and traps. Druids generally have okay heals one way or another, but are much more specialized in build direction and end up with a larger variety of very different characters (melee dps, melee tank, caster+heals, heals+caster, melee+heals, etc, not to mention that a number of those can be done very different ways).

Arti's are the bastard children of wizards and rogue mechanics.
You can--through spells, rune arms, and bow selection--generally break most DR's pretty easy and buff up your bow damage. Spells are primarily either weapon or defensive buffs (plus repair) with your major direct damage spells being pretty positional (blade barrier, flame turret, fire trap, etc.). You are both a trapper and a caster and a ranged combatant.
So, you will be very equipment intensive. You will have to carry all of that gear and change it out as necessary including bows, rune arms, casting supplies and boosters, trapping buff gear, general survival gear, and any extra docents or collars you want your dog to use.
(From what I understand, you can drop the trapping gear and rune arm requirements, but druids will also have to haul around appropriate gear for themselves for melee and casting as well as their pet. )
If you can't leave traps and locked chests unmolested, like to fight as a team--even when you solo--and think like a ranged-weapon wizard, go Arti. Otherwise, if you want a pet, go druid.
Good luck!
