    Default I Can´t true reincarnate

    I just bought a true druidic heart from DDO store and used it with Kruzt. I log off the character and select the yellow bar to reincarnate next to my characters name. After typing his name the system says that I have enough experience to advance to the next level and that I should see a trainer before reincarnating. The problem is that my character is already level 20 with maxed exp for his current life. Any help would be appreciated.

    Sometimes its the simplest of things .... Is your TR bank empty? I have only done one TR so I don't know what warning you get from not emptying your TR bank.

    Do you have enough space in your backpacks for all the gear you have equiped?

    I think the game unequips all your gear and first puts it in your backpacks, then into your cache.

    I have TR'd with full backpacks. Can't pass up on that unlimited remove only storage. Not sure what to say about this problem though, they hide their customer support phone number quite well these days.

    Its not an inventory problem. Sad thing is I´m tired of sending tickets to no avail... Seems that no department treats this particular problem. I´ve spent hundreds of dollars in this game and never needed any help, however, it seems that premium accounts only get live help for a brief time after they buy points which means that I must charge more points even if I have about 5k standing on my account atm just to get some help.
