Can´t True Reincarnate

Hello. I just bought a true druidic heart and spoke to krutz. After I log off I see the yellow icon to reincarnate next to my character´s name and I use it. After typing the name the system says that I have enough exp to level up and that I should see a trainer. The problem is that my character is level 20 with the max exp possible for his life (3,139,250). I would appreciate any help I can get.
