I have a feeling it may be tied to the character you were logged into when the system went into “Skynet” mode. It appears others are still having the problem and the only thing that I have done differently in the last couple days was true reincarnate Arturium.

Dear Web team (and whoever is also responsible for the myddo fixes),

Thank you very much that now my characters are being updated properly again. For the first time, my main character is being shown as lvl 20 (at which she is since roughly 3 months). I guess i can put her into my sig again.

Good Job, guys and girls(?)!
