About skill point i think to put them in con, spot, balance and jump. I'll put few in tumble too to reach +3 MOD. Taking a +2 int tome at 1st lvl could be a nice choice to have more skill point to spent.

    I'll appreciate any advice!

EDIT: I considered also to go for pure fvs, but i have to spent too point to get 13 or 17 DEX and i lose too many feat that instead are granted by ranger class.

your to-hit relies on DEX (I don't see the Zen Archery feat anywhere).

With 8 DEX, you'll miss every shot. Note, since you seem to want only 6 levels of ranger, you will require 19 BASE DEX (that is, before all enhancements, items) for IPS.

On the presumption this is a (poor) novelty build, not a joke build:

    • You don't need nearly so much WIS & CHA. Your DCs won't be high enough for WIS to matter; just dump-stat it. And since you're only getting lvl 7 spells, base CHA doesn't need to be so high; CHA 12 is more than enough. That lets you focus on STR, DEX, and CON.
    • Consider ranger 6 / FvS 12 with a monk / ftr / rogue 2 splash. You give up lvl 7 spells, but Monk & ftr get you two more feats; monk would also get you Evasion, WIS AC boost, and higher saves; ftr 2 gets you more HPs & +1 STR enh; rogue 2 gets you UMD & Evasion.
    • Rather than metamagics, I'd take more archery feats: ideally Imp Crit Ranged, Prec Shot, and Imp Prec Shot (once your DEX is high enough). And maybe GTWF and a couple other melee feats.

!st level ranger = bow strengt -> to hit relies on str. The automaic feat is also listed to be more precise!

Bow Strenght only allows you to add your STR-mod to damage wheb using bows. It does nothing for your to-hit.

I don't really need your presumptions but i appreciate your tip.
    Anyway:
    - WIS is usefull because helps effectivness of some fvs' spells and is also the stat for ranger's spell. So since i need to put some stat point in wis to cast spells why don't capitalize it and get high will save and a little higher spell's effectivness? CHAR influence my sp and make me able to don't be attacked by some enemies; not a great feat but it could help sometimes. Con isn't a must for that char, i suppose to fight by the distance, i want to kill enemies before they come close to me. Usually an healer can choose between fight or heal. When you fight you need to be close to enemy and when in melee fight is hard to stop, heal party and fight again. So i thought an healer that while fighting don't need to be close to enemies, so healimg party is much easy. Therefore i don't really need high CON.
    - Evasion is a good feat, good for melee fighter, i need this feat as a caster need it. Look at the automatic feat and you'll understand why i need 6 lvl of ranger. Whith 6 lvl of ranger i get for free all the ranged's feat and some TWF feat too (i'm not concerned with TWF but is a nice bonuss)
    - I want to be a caster that can use bow for dps when he need to preserve spell point for healing party. When i read your tips i think ever to the TWF high dps build that one can easily find in the forum. i'm not concerned with that, i don't want to be a melee!!!

EDIT: my to hit will rely on WIS i've to thake zen archery
